The 3rd Y-RIB Conference has been successfully held at Ningbo, China during November 5 to 7, 2020. This conference has been organized by Ningbo University, and co-organized by Zhejiang University, Chongqing University, Wuhan University of Technology, and Shanghai Maritime University.
