Professor Paul Tae-Woo LEE, on behalf of the Center, signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Makassar on October 8th. The aim of this MOU is to foster educational collaboration based on principles of equality, reciprocity, and mutual benefit, while enhancing relations and fostering mutual understanding between the parties involved.
